A friend knows I make pens from wood and has given me another challenge. He would like me to make him a headphone stand.
I would like suggestions to what kind of wood would be nice to create it. Would need enough for base, top and enough to turn in the lathe to make the dowel parts.
Help would be appreciated from mainly Australians, wood I can find around here with a brilliant grain pattern.
