Anyone know where I can get a dark grey burl wood? I've looked at dyed box elder and dyed maple burl but it may not be grey enough. I've also looked at black dyed black ash burl but what I've seen has other colours in it. However, if that's the best I can get then that's what it'll have to be.
I've also seen a picture of dyed buckeye burl but no one seems to have it, at least in my regular suppliers.
I have a potential customer that has requested this wood and titanium metals. It may be a one-off or it could be a large order so I'd like to get it right. So far I've only exchanged emails with him and would like to have a picture of the wood to show him before I get more details.
