Lift up pen boxes

Hi there am looking for a source of lift up pen boxes - based in uk and all things seem difficult to get ...any help would be great. The sort that when you lift lid the pen rises up. Only got limited tools and limited knowledge but if anyone knows of any plans anywhere to make or asource then that would be great
