Got an order for a bunch of Lazerlinez' "Raven" pens - a mix of rollerball and fountain pens. I made this sale in large part by emphasizing the "Made in USA" feature. I placed the order, received the component sets and have begun the process. However the assembly of the 2nd pen showed an issue - the screw fit of the cap to the body was VERY tight. The parts were preassembled and it took quite a bit of torque to separate them. This was repeated at final assembly.
Long story short I called Lazerlinez, spoke with Constant and he immediately offered to ship replacements. No arguments, no blame game. I am a pleased customer.
BTW - it looks as if the parts were somehow cross threaded. I disassembled the pen, replaced the offending part from another kit and (voila!) it works.
