I needed some Retro rollerball and fountain pen kits (nothing like waiting for the last minute). Aaron typically has the kits in stock in all three platings - gold TI, black TI and rhodium and the pricing is always good for the quality of the kit.
Sun of a gun, the website (www.LauLauPenkits.com) showed that Aaron was out of most styles and platings. I dropped Aaron a short note and asked when he might be getting kits in. Aaron's initial response was that he was waiting for an order to come in, but he followed up the same day that he managed to locate kits and updated the website.
Order placed and kits were received a few days later - pretty quick considering sometimes mail can take a bit to make it stateside from Hawaii.
Yes, I'll continue to place orders with Aaron - good selection of harder to find kits, fair pricing and great customer service.
