Wall Street II click pen in amboyna. Best one so far imo.

Question about the kit quality. When you click it, it has a cheap springy sound. I got the kit from woodcraft. Anyone have the same experiences?

Yes they tend to be a bit noisy but they are dependable.

I had the same thing. I found if I stretched the spring a little it tightened everything up so it wasn't noisy and cheap sounding.

Try making a shorter one w/o the spacer, AS has the length of the tube needed. Can't use the rollerball refill after that.

Depending upon how far out of the pen you prefer the refill tip to extend, you can use a slightly longer tube and get lesser tip extension. 1.92" is probably about as long as you want to go.

I had several customers complain about the noise so I stopped making these. I've never found a click I liked. A $2 Parker Jotter has the smoothest clicking action but yet not one of the stupid click kits Berea or Dayacom makes is worth a crud. End of rant.
