Larger sizes of Acrylic

Does anyone know where to purchase acrylic blanks other then pen blank size? I am looking for 3 1/2" squared. I looked all over the internet and came up with nothing. Any suggestions would be great.

Never say never.

But I don't recall ever seeing a block that size.

MIGHT be able to get 3" diameter in Alternate Ivory or Alt Ebony--but they would want a large order. (50kg-ish)

Check with Eugene (ElMostro) in San Antonio. He is the maker of Amalgam Mutt blanks and is an IAP member. He has box blanks that might come close. You can see some finished boxes of his on the cover of Woodturning Design.

ebay have some bricks of acrylic, might be a bit bigger than you want, but can always cut em

Tap Plastics has all kinds of sizes of acrylic. There are also other websites that sell acrylic rod in all kinds of colors.
