LARGE watch face

A friend has ask me to make a pen from a watch that has a 40mm face … Any suggestions if this is possibleand if so what kit might help make this work?

If the face has to be 40mm then the pen has to be of the larger variety ie. Full size Gent, Emperor to name a few should work.
If my math is correct, the OD of the brass tube has to be greater than 12.7 mm minimum.

I love it that you solved that with math. The circumference of the tube must be greater than the width of the watchface. When I put larger faces on tubes I cut a piece of tape to the width of the watch face and then wrap it around tubes to make sure it doesn't overlap.

It's all about "pi".

40mm divided by 3.15...... = 12.698412...
