Ky Cedar!!

No Pens tonight, just shave brushes. These are made from Ky Cedar. The first 3 are brush 1 second 3 pics are brush 2. Both knots are set at 50mm

What do you guys think?

Cedar is always pretty and shines up nicely with a CA finish. Very nice work...is that shape comfortable to use?

I also will voice support for Cedar - It looks very appealing. I believe there are a bunch (although thin stock - 5/8") in the Estate Blank Inventory; I may need to spin a few slims and see what results.

I can donate some bigger blanks if you would like. Here in Missouri you can't hide from cedar trees!! It also looks great when you use cross cut blanks and get the rings wrapping around your turning.
