This is a ribbon awarded to Marines that served in the Kuwait freedom campaign. I found it in a to do box that was in the shop. I know this was a favorite ribbon of my brothers and decided to make the pen with some Mesquite burl that I picked up while attending his funeral service. I plan to give it to his son when he returns from Iraq after his current tour is up. I want to thank Jim Walter for making this blank (I found your card with it). You did a great job on it Jim.

Very nice pen Neil, I'll wager it becomes a much treasured heirloom, and I think Johnny would have been proud to carry it and prouder still for his son to carry it.
