Knitting needle

Just thought I would try something different. One of mmy members came to the hospital to sit with a family while he was having a procedure. The whole time she sat, she talked and knitted. This is an 8mm needle w/ a SL kit. Purpleheart CB.

Now I understand seeing pens in every bookcase, chair rail, or cutting board you come across. I can even join you in those idea like just how to melt that rubbermade tub into pen blanks. but Pastor. I think your condition is getting serious.
You did a great job. I didn't realize it had a nib until I looked at it three times. just kept seeing a needle with a wood band in the center. very slick.

That is an awesome idea!! Does the kit press directly into the needle, or do you have to glue in a tube??? My wife is an AVID knitter, and would love one of these!
