I made this out of anything laying around which I could cut up into a segment and glue together. There are 266 pieces, finished with blo/lacquer.
tried to take photo through lens but didn't turn out very good.

Tom. the segmented body turned out great. What did you use in your object case for and is it fixed or does the object case turn to disply the patterns of the Kaleideocsope?

Pat I used some broken up pr blanks that I had, they are encased in a piece of pvc and filled with mineral oil so they float while turning object case. yes the object case does turn.

Is this a kit that you can buy and turn the other parts or did you build it from scratch? I would like to build one for my mother.
