Thanks to Dave and his family for opening their home to us and making fabulous cookies. (It was tough not to eat them all.) I had a wonderful time and learned some valuable information. I was good to see everyone who was able to make the trek and share stories, conversation, and project info. The food, as usual, was tasty and the shop...spotless! (does Dave actually use it?)
The discussion of Greg's vacuum setup was valuable and will be set to good use soon. The airbrush discussion, also by Greg was fun to listen to. Jay's appearance was an added bonus as he always brings mirth and good advice as well as interesting turnings. He did not disappoint. Thank you Jay.
The next challenge will be a fun one. I have never thought of turning an egg so it will be good to try it. Perfect for chisel control.
