Norway Maple bowl with black lacquer and Jo Sonja iridescent paints. Just starting to explore what I can do with these kind of paints. Interior left natural look with polyurethane finish, external is waterborne lacquer to retain the colors. Around 8" (20 cm) across.

The finish on the outside is Target Coatings EM6000 Waterborne lacquer. It is absolutely water clear when cured and will re-burn like nitrocellulose lacquer if a repair is ever needed.
