Looks to me that it is a Jr. Retro that is available from CSUSA or Lau Lau Woodworks. One of my Favorite sets of hardware.

Thank you, quite correct! Dead ringing on the Lau Lau site. I've had to start myself a little google doc text file to cross pen names and suppliers.
