Ok I know I need 10.5 and 12.5 mm bits but the 10.5 is 15/32.
Isn't the 12.5 mm very close to a 31/64th bit one is .483 and the other .4844 I dont think that is that much of a difference especially if you use epoxy on the tubes or am I wrong?

12.5mm is .492 ...31/64 is .484
10.5mm is .413 ... 15/32 is .468 but a "Z" drill would work.
I don't see the fractionals you mention as working for you.

btw, the math for MM is ??MM divided by 25.4 = decimal inches.
the math to convert fraction to decimal is first # divided by second #
like 15/32; 15 divided by 32.

Hope that helps!

I was looking in the drill reference chart here and the sizes were what I was looking at side by side to the tube and bushing chart guess I need to take a better look. Thanks for the formulas also John I am glad I waited before doing any thanks.

one small note. i mic every tube i get. it is amazing how much difference there can be in the kits. i wouldn't advise thinking you can use the same drill every time.
