Recently ordered 4 Aristocrat Pen Kits only to discover that they do NOT match the picture he shows on his website. He says they are "Baron style" bu the picture shown on his site matches a Baron so I ordered them, He offered to let me send them back at my expense of course but I just don't think I'll be doin Business there again.

That's too bad. I have just heard of them now. Sorry for your experience.
I would like to try their hexo-magnetic kit.

I wonder if others find their service less than satisfactory.

No stated policies....

Their web site does not state any return policy, nor for that matter any other policy. That should be a flag for you to ask what happens if you are not satisfied with the purchase. Most IAP vendors will take back anything for any reason and state under what conditions they will refund your return postage.
