Was busy this past weekend in the shop. Here's a few of the items I made. The most unique was the wooden bullet. It's the same dimensions as a 45 acp cartridge. One of my other hobbies is target shooting in this caliber. I intend to make wooden cartridges of all the calibers I have. I guess incase I'm attacked by vampires????

Anyway, I got the wood out of a junk bin and have no idea what kind it is but it is pretty. My goal with this bowl was to make inside curves and get a smooth transition from side to bottom. (still learning) It came out well. The pen is for my bride. She picked out the blank shortly after Christmas and I'm happy with the results. It's my first click pen.

Sorry about the blury bowl pic, Son left with the camera so I couldn't retake the pic.
