can't see all that well, but it looks like an old South Bend model 9 or 9A.
Depending on what kind of tooling it comes with, could be $200, could
be $1500. (I've seen lots of CL ads in that price range, but they seem
to stay there forever..)
I sold mine for $650, but it had a 4 jaw and 3 jaw chuck plus a quick
change tool post and plenty of indexable carbide bits.
I think I see a lantern tool post there, you'd probably want to get
rid of that ASAP. It will do the job, but a push mower will also mow
your 15 acre lawn if you need it to.
Check the condition of the ways. If those aren't clean, it is a paperweight.
Check the gears, check the play in the crossfeed. If there isn't too much
backlash and the ways are good, I'd say 3-400 as is (if that's the 4' bed)
Good tooling is worth more.
You'd probably spend a week or more tearing it apart and cleaning it..
that's a good way to learn about it and get the feel for how everything
works together.
If that's a model 9 there are still plenty of parts available.. and some people
will cast new ones if you need them.
