i actually saw norm abraham doing freehand router work and decided to have a go
and just kept on until i got the hang of it. but it realy helps when its something you enjoy doing.

I don't have a clue how you accomplish that. I can't even route a straight line on a router table. That is REALLY nice work.

thanks you need a small size router i use a trend T3 with a veining bit and varieable speed control and a reasonably steady hand.

Nice overall design on the sign, I like the proportions. Excellent work on the hand routing. I have tried that a few times and not near as good as yours.
