Home page problems

We had U-Verse go out this morning at about 10AM CDT and come back on at 3:30, have had small problems with all 4 computors in the house, one is brand new just got it this past Thursday. Called them up and we seem to have most fixed but on one of the computors cannot get the home page of the IAP, every other page is fime just when I try the home page I get:

Have you tried clearing the browser cache on that machine?
