Drove by an historic building in Chesterfield on Saturday and watched as a tree service dismantled a huge oak tree there. The tree is reported to be in excess of 150 years old. Thought you might be interested in some pictures.

That's pretty amazing there are no blue stains on any of the cuts, meaning there is no metal (nails, spikes, horseshoes, wire, ect.) in that tree for how old it is. Generally if there is metal a blue stain will bleed down the trunk of the tree at spots. The lower trunk on trailer should yeild some nice lumber.
