Is it possible to disassemble baron pen , I need to remove the 2 threaded parts on the main barrel . I can't think of a way of removing them without damaging them any suggestions ?

Loads of ways but the easiest is to remove the nib section and the refill, then knock out the other end with a transfer punch. Then screw the finial on to the other end and then knock that out:biggrin:

Just as Skip said. I have done this before. That is an easy one. Those transfer punches are the best thing ever invented for pen making.
