Help needed - screwdriver

I have a customer whose Dad carries a slim line pen and pencil (antler) and also carries a pocket screwdriver and would like to give him for his birthday a antler screwdriver to match.

So my question is where might I find a slim line screwdriver kit. I have check the regular places and didn't find much.

Or am i out of luck and need to take a small one and modify it.

Here is an ideal for you. I did these using some screwdrivers that are sometimes given out at "nuts & bolts" stores. The pen is a PSI purse(I think) that I turned the handel down to fit inside the brass tube, than enlarge the nib so I can flip the bit around.
