Hi everyone,

I'm Abhi, and I love fountain pens! I got really interested in urushi, maki-e and just started learning it. Now, I want to make my own pens from scratch. I think making my own pen will be the best because it'll be just right for me. Excited to learn and share tips about pen making here!

Greetings from Nebraska and welcome to the IAP community.

In my travels I never made it to your side of India. My oldest daughter, Veeramma, is from somewhere in Karataka. Most of my travels have been there, and to Chandigarh (on my way up the mountain to Solan), I also made a trip or two to Jaipur, and of course to New Delhi. I would love to visit India again, but travel has become increasingly difficult in the past 4 or 5 years.
