Hi,

I'm Jon, I have been making pens for just over a year now. I do all kinds and love to try new materials (just started on a mammoth tooth pen for the first time and a few months ago made one from Zircuti). I love making them and love having a hobby that *mostly* pays for itself  haha!

I've attached a few images of some I have made: (not in order) 1 Steampunk with Zircuti, two Nautical with copper, 1 Gearshift with copper, and several alumilite (some plain, some hybrid with wood, most with aluminum honeycomb).

Thanks, look forward to learning everything I can!

Welcome to IAP, Jon !!!

What cutting tools do you use for the copper ? . I find copper extremely hard to machine, to the point where I gave up.

Also, how do you get the black mottled decoration on the second to last copper ? Thanks
