I made that for my daughters teacher. One end is red, the other black..

I bought a nice oval skew and sharpened it to a knifes edge to get those milled down. It wasn't nearly as difficult with a sharp tool. I'd recommend it!

Thanks for the heads up! I wasn't aware that there was a chapter in the area. I'll keep my eyes peeled for more information.

scruffy lives just a short stint over from me, inside 15 miles I would imagine. We also have a Central Alabama Chapter that meets in Pelham in case you like road trips.

Welcome. I'm in the Huntsville area. Like Keith mentioned, keep an eye on the North Alabama chapter. We've had some great meetings.
