Hello pen lovers...

i am Yiannis ,an amateur luthier from Greece and recently bought a wood lathe and started pen turning which i find so relaxing and fun.
i browsed through the forum the last few days and i am realy amazed from your work!

Where are you from in Greece?
Please could you tell us a bit about your other passion, that is instrument making?
And how were you introduced into penturning?

wsoucy2 i would be very happy to meet in person in September!
the lutherie is my passion since 2008 and recently i bought a wood lathe and as i was serching the internet for woodturning projects i run into this forum and fell in love with your works!

As for my work in musical instruments if you want you can visit

I belong to a Men's Shed where we have a couple of the members who make ukuleles and repair them as well.
