That didn't look anything like any of the kits available for turners.

The Berea / woodcraft one has a replaceable blade. Only beartoothwoods seems to carry them though.

At psi, you have to buy the whole insert to replace I believe.

that's a scalpel. If you use this just google "scalpel blades" But I doubt if anyone would want it for a seam ripper. They are super sharp.
