Green Mottled Bobonite - custom pen :)

This pen is made from Green Mottled polyester resin. I call it Bobonite. Because Bob made it. Thanks Bob.

It's 135mm open, 165mm capped, and 185mm long posted.
Section is 14.5mm thick, with 5/8" threads for cap to barrel.

The color (for those who haven't guessed) was based on the green & black ebonite. I used a lot of mica powder along with dye to make it as opaque as possible. Of course there is no way to match the pattern using PR. At least no way that I know of.

Well, it was your idea. I just did a little mixing. I wish it had all turned out looking like the section. That part is really cool. Guess I'll have to try another batch pretty soon.
