What a great Stand Out Blank,
I think I hosed some of them off the grill of my car last week.

With my acrylic blanks i have been sanding starting at 220 and going all the way to 12000 Using the Micro mesh sanding pads. I then put the lathe at around 180 rpm and apply black magic car buffing compound and polish. Let the lathe stand for about 5 minutes wipe it with a rag then turn the speed way up to 2000 and buff. Havent had any issues yet.

Wonderful pen! The green color really looks stunning and pleasing with the kit. A keeper for sure!
That's a great looking blank and it made for a great looking pen. I love the color.
