Were always ready to complain when things go wrong, but quiet when they go right. My Jr. Gent Flame Pen had a problem when I went to do the final finishing. I contacted Kallenshaan Woods to see where I went wrong. They gave me a suggestion which did not work out and I thought I would have to pay for a new kit. I sent them an e-mail and in 5 minutes they had gotten back to me and are sending a new kit out in the mail today! You just dont get customer service like that anywhere these days! Way to go Kallenshaan! Thank You very much!
