Met some good guys at Hartville Hardware on Saturday. Jeff was there and gave me a coffee bean blank and a banksia pod blank. Mark James gave me a cool foil blank cast in alumilite. Jeff asked me to show him the completed pens, so here they are. What do you think?

Nice Pens David,
Great Blanks from Jeff & Mark.
The photographs, are a little hazy, might be a fraction out of focus, also the carpet background isn't the best, it it too close a colour to the Pens.
Sounds like you had a great time in Ohio.
Congratulations,
Brian.

I have to agree. I've been turning pens a lot longer than I've been taking pictures. Maybe some day I'll get the hang of that too.

Keep checking the Ohio section of Local Chapters. The memo was posted a great deal in advance. Hope to see you at an upcoming meeting.

I forgot to take more pictures, but I did get Magicbob's winning UGLY pen.

I wanted to congratulate him... but he touched the pen, so that wasn't going to happen!

And as Magicbob said... it is a multifunctional pen (we'll take him on his word!)

Fun meeting, fun group.

Thanks to the folks who ventured from PA!
