As some of you know, I'm a professional picture framer. My most indecisive customer is usually myself. This one came together quickly, however, and I used only leftover materials from other jobs.
The artwork is a pastel by an artist named Kathleen O'Bryan. I came across her at the Santa Fe flea market about 11 or 12 years ago and bought this. I later bought a much larger pastel from her, also due for reframing. I had this one stuck on the floor at the back of a closet, and rediscovered it during a little straightening up a week ago.
