This is my first attempt to cast worthless wood using Curtis's p/pot system and alumilite black. Gold sierra and I think, mescal bean root. finished with ca/blo then down to 12k mm. I also tried something different with white balance on my camera. All comments welcome good and especially bad. How else can I improve?

Man that is way too cool Alex !! I'm not big on light wood or anything , but that is really nice . Only thing I can see as far as the pen is a little proud on the transition . Good work ! [8D]

Agarita root, huh. I probably trust your judgement better than the source, Curtis and Dario. She said it was mescal bean and I had no reason to doubt her. I'll make sure she knows. Thanks.

Got 1 also gave it to my Dad. Me and my boys dug it up and went over to Curtis' for a little "how to cut up a root ball" lesson. Its in my Album dont know if I did this right.
