Hi all,
Havnt posted anything for a while, still been looking tho. But i thought i,d post this one. My first kitless. A bit of a learning curve, a few problems overcome with the help of Twissy ( thanks John). C&C please good or bad.

The material used is just some cheap acrylic rod from a Chinese pen kit supplier. It was a little more brittle than the usual acrylics I use. Also if you look closely at the pen it has a very fine metallic in it.

That is gorgeous. Clean lines, and oh so shiny. Hell of a finish job on that black. Is there anything to be done with that last thread, though? As the only unpolished piece on the pen, it's like a magnet to the eye.

Thanks for the kind comments, that last thread cleaned up with a bit of polish. Back to the kits for a bit, while I think about how I can refine a few things on the methods I used for this one.
