Would this be considered a segmented pen?

Ebony/Brass/Siberian elm. The open grain in the Elm was a nightmare. Following my usual procedure, I sanded to 320. Then blew out the pores with an air compressor. I was pretty sure the elm looked clean. Applied CA then moved on to micro mesh. I was bummed to see all the dark in the pores.

It looks great on my screen. Please post it in the no comments thread in segmenting it is a very nice job and will be great to catalog it in that place.

If you hadn't said anything about dark pores I would never have noticed. Even squinting to try and see the bad dark pores, I don't see anything on the pen I don't like. Looks good to me. Looks segmented for sure.
