First Antler Pen

This is my first antler pen and it was more a pain to try to photograph and I am still not happy with the results. The smell, well I had no issues but then I had a fan blowing right across it when I was turning it and such. Let me know what you think please and ideas for photo taking of antler, I kept getting a glare off the white of the bone and finally got most of it gone. There is a little bark left and it has a pink tint around it which loml likes.
It is a gift for her nephew who gave me the antlers and is a fire captain and taxidermist in Las Vegas.
The kit is a Black TI I got from Anthony.

Trying to do cartridges pens with some of it but need to get a few supplies first. We hope to put some in his business so he can sell them to his customers.
