Finding a picture?

I have been looking through old posts and some of the links between posts and I found a thread that had 72 likes, but the pictures aren't there. It has a picture of a cat and says something like it was moved/deleted. Can it be found or seen?

I went to their profile, and it's just a white page. No contact info or anything.

So, after a little work, I found a website based from a name on the picture that's missing, which by they way, if you search the screen name, all of the pictures on here are missing.
Anyway, I think I found the picture that is missing, along with some others.
