Finally able to turn some pens!!!

Well for the last three weeks or so I have not had much time to turn due to the fact been rearranging the shop to allow for the new metal lathe. Well we had a visiting preacher this week at our church and I like to give all visiting preachers and their wives a pen so here are a couple that I did for them.

The first one is for him. It is a atrax with bethlehem olive wood.






The next is a blank from buzzzz4 (eric) from a swap we did. it is on a chrome euro. Comments welcome

Nice looking pens. Congrats on getting time in the shop. It can often be hard to find.

Nicely done. Never know how those home cast swirls will turn out. Also love BOW. It might look a little better proportionally if you had turned the cap with less bulge, but that's just my preference.

Yea I see that in the pic. But it didn't look that off when I put it together but the pic shows otherwise. Well they always said pics don't lie
