Felt tip pens anyone??

In the past week I have had two customers ask for felt tip pens.

Personally I haven't even thought of them for decades, and now wonder if there are any kits available.

Kits no. Rollerball refills, yes. Exotic blanks has them.

I have used Cross Select Tip refills in Baron kits

The Schmidt 6040 is a fiber tip refill in a 5888/888 roller ball body. Some people love them, some people hate them. Parker uses a version of them in their new pen.

I regularly use a felt tip refill in a rollerball as one of my regular pens. As mentioned, they don't come with kits, but are readily available.

Does anyone know if the 6040 writes at all similar to the Sharpie Pen? Not the Sharpie markers, but they have a fine point felt tipped pen that I love writing with.

I'll have to pick up some to try on my next exotics order :biggrin:

i think they are very similar. That's why I use 1. I love thoses sharpies too.
