Hi,

These are some slim lines I made about a month ago. These are the first ones I have made using the Rockler pre cut, pre drilled, pre tube glued blanks. They saved me a lot of time by buying them.

I also discovered that I bought some European blanks by mistake and turned them into slim lines as well. The difference was that the pen was longer and I put the longer portion on the top of the pen.

Anyway, I would recommend these blanks if you are looking for a fast pen set up and some quick results at the lathe.

I make all slimlines using euro tubes. I don't like the half/half look of equal pen blank lengths. I put the longer blank on the bottom and like those proportions much better than the stock slimline lengths. Nice looking pens...I like plastics more and more as I turn more of the stuff.
Do a good turn daily!

I'm with Don, I like the longer tube on the bottom. Nice pens!
