Darrell, I have one of their old ones, and to be absolutely honest about it, it's a royal pain in the a**, it is a French made machine, that uses pictographs in their instructions, it uses bits that can only be bought from New Hermes, their machines are technologically a couple of years behind (when USB2 was the norm, they were still using serial ports and Windows XP, Mac is totally out of the question), and they are unreasonably expensive, and to upgrade, you are treated like crap. I would not recommend them.
