we have been in email contact with our factory in Suzhou, China for the last 2 days.

Contact with Rizheng
I have not been able to communicate with Rizheng since Friday the 4th (their time). Has anyone else been trying to contact them. They provided me a tracking number on the 4th and the items have arrived ok but and they didn't indicate that I should expect any problems. Their website is open but inquiries sent from there don't get delivered.

I have sent and received email from Rizheng on 4 and 5 April.
Well I didn't try on the 5th. but did ever since with no luck emails are not being delivered.
Still no contact
Has anyone sent or received email from Rizheng AFTER the 8th of April???? Normally on Thursday I get an email of their newest offerings and items that are back in stock after being sold out. I did not get that email this week....

Have you check you bulk mail and junk mail folders. Perhaps something change and you email from them is going else where.

Actually John it was an American company that was the basis of the problem which has now been resolved. I thought the same way because it happened while Mrs. O was there.
