Elegant Beauty/Antler Marrow

I save all my antler marrow cuttings from drilling through the antler for the brass tube installation.

Attach the marrow cuttings to brass tubes, cast in Polyester Resin, turn down, sand to 400x. buff with super fine steel wool and polish with Hut Ultra Gloss.

The kit plating is Black Titanium/Platinum.

Ok, well done, nice fit and finish. But does the "re-engineered" antler have the sales "cool factor" of the solid? I could see it being a nice contrast material against say, some ebony turnings or something dark like that too.
