Dual pen box?

Does anyone here have a spare black executive style dual (or double) pen box with no brand/logo on it that is willing to sell. Most promotional companies require minimum of 50 or 100 boxes orders. I do not want to have to do that right now. We just need 1 box for a special retirement gift presentation that holds 2 cigar-size width pens.
