The Jr. Gent 1 uses 10mm and 12mm drill bits instead of 15/32 and 25/64. Could it also be assumed that the same switch could be made for the Baron?

Without opening a can of worms here, when I make a "standard" Baron, Sedona, or Rhinehart, I use the the SAE bits that you mentioned and they work fine.....assuming that you use epoxy or medium, gap filling CA.

10 mm = 0.3937 inch
25/64 inch = 0.3906 inch

12 mm = 0.4724 inch
15/32 inch = 0.46875 inch

The inch sizes are a few thousandths under the metric sizes. If the tubes are slightly undersize or the drilling is sloppy (that's normal) they should work if the tubes are, indeed, the same OD for both pens.

Thanks for the reply, everyone. I noticed that I can get the Baron cheaper from Arizona Silhouette than I can get the Navigator for Woodcraft but before I worked my order up, I needed to know if I could use the bits I already have. Thanks again for your help.:)
