I know this question probally has come up before, but I am going to ask anyway. I am always wanting to venture into new things, so I was thinking about kitless pens. Question is what do I need to get to accomplish this task? I presently do not have the extra cash to put into this at the present moment. I have been away from the lathe for 2 weeks and I have had plenty time to think about things. I would like to do a kitless rollerball pen. I know that it takes taps and dies and the right size bits, just push me in the right direction. I really like the size of the jr. Gent 1s.
Thanks, Keith

I like them too, and there's a bunch of info in the forums about making them.

Although I too am "working" up to them. As I sell more of the pens I make, it's slowly building the tool inventory to get to where making kitless will be a definite possibility.
