Deft Waterboorn Acrylic

I saw this at WCS and thougth I would try it for dipping. I have used Deft lacquer and gotten good results, but the smell is overpowering.

The first coat I tried looks beautiful...thick and glossy and dried to touch in 2 hours. It doesn't look like it needs polishing or buffing, but I wonder how it will hold up if needed.

Has anyone used this stuff? Any thoughts?

I've used it, but not on pens. It can take up to thirty days to fully cure, but once it is, it's probably the hardest finish you can use. The water based will be a little thinner than standard oil based.
