I make a mess of the little plastic nib cap and finished cap on an Americana pen kit last night. So I called CSUSA for help to get a replacement. Not only did they have them but the customer service rep was super nice asked me how many I wanted and included a new center band because I know that is not coming off without damage. She went out of her way to check stock on the center band and told me she will get it right out at no charge. Now that is the correct way to handle a customer concern.:biggrin: Maybe PSI should send some people there for training.:tongue:
